It has been four years since Yoni Z released an album. This week, with “DANCE,” a new era begins. The years between were full, touring the world, and through it all, beginning to notice what moves people, and what music holds in common across communities that otherwise share little. What he has discovered, he will convey through the music, one release at a time, until the answer is unmistakable. The sound is still pop, more global and more mature than anything he has recorded.
