A special and moving project from Beit Avia Productions
A composition by the artist and composer ElaytZur, the creator of the war anthem “Hashem Yitbarach Tamid Ohev Oti“
Together with the kidnapped Bar Kuperstein, who returned after two years as a hostage in Hamas captivity since the October 7th attack, the two teamed up to write a special song – Hamilchama Ha’Acharona.
At the climax of the song, a fragment of Bar’s chilling story is compiled, where he heard his mother speaking on the radio on Rino Tzror‘s radio broadcast on Galei Tzahal, and when Efi asked Julie, “If Bar could hear you now, what would you tell him?”
Bar heard this from the basements and tunnels of Hamas in an unusual case from some old tape recorder that barely worked, but that day Bar heard the words of his mother who asked him, “Bar, don’t break down, be strong for the family,” and Bar also named his recent book, “Lo Nishbar“
The clip documents the unfolding of Bar’s life from the moment of his kidnapping until his departure, while recreating the Hamas tunnels in which Bar was held.
