Singer and songwriter Eliyahu Rafael Kain releases a new single – “Nasim Lev”, a song that is all about introspection in the small moments of life. After moving with the melody for a fallen soldier, he returns with a personal work about the power in simple beauty.
In a world that moves at record speed, Eliyahu Rafael Kain asks us to simply stop. The 27-year-old musician, married and father of two who lives in Ma’ale Chever, is currently launching his new single – “Nasim Lev”.
The song, musically produced by Avichai Paz Greenwald, was born from a simple but profound thought: the truly great moments of life are often hidden right under our noses, in the gray routine. “It’s all about paying attention,”explains Kain. “When we live with such a consciousness, life becomes something fulfilling and enlivening. Even if we do ordinary things, the moment we pay attention – everything becomes greater.”
Kain‘s musical journey began in his childhood home, where Shabbat songs were the constant soundtrack. From harmony around the table, he continued to play guitar with friends, and from there the path to personal writing and composition was short. This is not the audience’s first encounter with his unique voice. About a year and a half ago, he released a new version of the song “Shema Hashem” (composed by Ezra Getano). Previously, he touched many hearts when he released the song “Ga’agua“, a moving melody to the words of Amichai Venino, a Maglan fighter who fell in battle in Kfar Aza on Simchat Torah.
