Yonatan Shainfeld Returns With A New Single: “Bosie Legani”

The singer with the golden voice who conquered stages all over the world, is making a comeback to singing after spending many years learning Torah in Yeshiva. He is now releasing a new single that was written and composed together with Eli Klein in honor of his wedding last week with musical production by Eli Klein and Yitzy Berry.

Up until 6 years ago Yonatan Shainfeld was one of the top names in the Jewish music industry. The wonder kid who started his career as a member of the Kinderlach, to continue to a solo career, conquered some of the biggest stages in the world with his incredible voice. Three successful albums, packed shows and performances, a career always moving forward and it seems much more is to come. With a moments notice, Yonatan stopped everything and decided to go and learn in yeshiva. At first at Yeshivat Ofakim and then as one of the bochurim at Yeshivat Chevron.

For many years Yonatan was very focused on his learning and only during vacation “bein hazmanim” he would go into his home studio, he played, wrote, composed and recorded music, with his incredible voice. Through this time only his friends and family had the privilege of hearing his voice. The only person Yonatan stayed in contact with from the music scene was the composer Rabbi Shlomo Yehuda Rechnitz, who would frequently invite Yonatan to his events and smachot for him to perform his songs.

Last week Yonatan got married, a gorgeous, unforgettable weeding with many guests at the ‘City Tower’ hall in Ramat Gan. Many businessmen and respected people in the music industry showed up to give respect to

the extended Shainfeld family and the Groom himself. Throughout the night performed two of the hottest names in the Jewish world, Mordechai Ben David and Ohad Moskowitz, accompanied by Malchus Choir and Gershon Freishtat‘s extended Orchestra. As well throughout the event there were special performance by Itzik Dadya a longtime childhood friend of Yonatan’s, and the incredible Violin virtuoso Daniel Ahaviel. At the end of the wedding hundreds of the guest sat down to a very special kumzitz with Mordechai Ben David, on top of this entire production is the man who brands what is known as “Yonatan Shainfeld” he is David Fadida.

A moment of high during the wedding is when Yonatan performed the song “Bosie Legani” which he wrote himself in honor of his wedding, which he decided to dedicate to his new wife. In the middle of the wedding Yonatan decided to get up in front of all his family and friends and sang “Avaksha Sheahava Nafshi…” that was the first step Yonatan made in returning to the stage life after his wedding. Though the style may be different we have replaced the pop music of the Kinderlach with soulful and emotional music from the heart, we are positive that his electrifying and incredible voice will last forever.
