It makes no difference whether you pray in Shikun Vizhnitz, Kiryat Belz, the Great Gur Beit Midrash, Satmar, Bobov, or the Klaus in Uman—the ‘Malchut‘ choir unites all these holy courts in a single, stirring musical journey. Conceived and crafted by Pinchas Bichler—and originally launched during the ‘Raza DeNiguna’ performances in Bnei Brak—this project brings the giants of soulful Jewish music to the stage: Yaakov Yehuda Daskal performing the impassioned Vizhnitz Nusach (liturgical melody) for Rosh Hashanah; Yisrael Adler presenting the Gur Avodah service for Yom Kippur; and Dudi Kalish singing the legendary Belz Heyeh Im Pifiyot.
From there, the melody flows into the soul-stirring Kol Nidrei of Satmar and the pre-dawn Selichot of Bobov, finally culminating in the Breslov Titkabel dance that sweeps through Uman after the holiday ends. Benny Laufer handled the musical production and orchestration, while Yisrael Adler wrote the Grammen (rhymed verses) and linking segments. The result is an authentic, powerful High Holy Days experience that transports you straight into the holiday spirit.
