Itay Berman‘s musical journey: from the seventh of October to the new duet with Ariel Zilber.

Amid the turbulent days of the war, Itay Berman wrote his first song “Tishmor Al Habayit” a song born from the heart, from the concern, prayer and reality that we have all experienced since the seventh of October.

Now Itay Berman and Ariel Zilber meet in a special and moving duet born from pain but choosing to bring light and faith.

The song, based on sacred words and ancient sources from the words of Rabbi Shalom Shabazi, touches on the deep feelings of the people of Israel for the Land of Israel, for the redemption and for the building of the Bais Hamikdash, and combines an ancient spirit with a contemporary and exciting musical arrangement.

Behind the melody are Itay Berman and Avshalom Dricks, with Dricks also responsible for the musical arrangement and production, which give the song a powerful, nostalgic and soulful atmosphere.

The lyrics of the hymn “Ashreichem Yisrael” recur powerfully throughout the song and create a sense of unity, faith and hope, alongside a prayer for imminent redemption and the gathering of the exiles.
