With the beginning of the days of rachamim and selichos, as part of the ‘Tzama‘ project, a moving and inspiring performance by the artist of the soul, Bini Landau, releases a melody attributed to the followers of the Tzemach Tzedek. About the musical production: Naor Carmi
A niggun Kodesh melody, which awakens the soul, may arouse a longing for something inexplicable, a kind of longing mixed with joy and gratitude and prayer, from a desire to spread wings and soar above the boundaries of the body and time. Such is the melody attributed to the followers of the Rebbe the Tzemach Tzedek, and some say that it was composed by him himself. An ancient and sublime melody, carrying with it the fragrance of higher worlds, and its sounds carry within them longing, hope and faith.
This wonderful performance joins the series of devotional melodies and joyous melodies performed by Tzama – without words: Melody for Rabbi Levi Yitzchak performed by Akiva, Melody Shamil performed by Avraham Fried, Melody Shalosh Teunos performed by Daniel Zamir, Melody Arba Bavot performed by Chilik Frank, Melody Simcha performed by Eviatar Banai, Nigun for Shabbat and Yom Tov performed by Bini Landau, Nigun from Poltava performed by Aharon Razel, Nigun Simcha performed by Benny Friedman, Nigun Hatzemach Tzedek performed by Avraham Fried, Nigun Histatchot performed by Akiva, March Simcha performed by Zusha.
